EpicCentral is a large-scale, 172-acre master-planned entertainment and hospitality destination provided by the city of grand prairie, designed to serve as a regional destination for families and visitors across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Located along the rapidly growing Highway 161 corridor, the project combines dining, recreation, lodging, and public space into one cohesive site.

At its core are several major attractions: a dual-branded hotel with an attached convention center, The Epic recreation center, Epic Waters indoor waterpark, and a Chicken N Pickle venue. Each component supports a wide range of activities and audience types, from daily visitors to large event groups.

Restaurants are positioned to overlook a signature light and water show, adding visual interest and creating a unique atmosphere for diners. The site also features interactive public amenities, including a pedestrian bridge and an event lawn, which promote walkability and casual gathering.
