Architecture, for Adam Jones, is a conversation between past and present, place and purpose. He believes that breathing new life into existing buildings is one of design’s greatest expressions, a way to honor a city’s heritage while unlocking new potential for its future.

As co-founder of line design, Adam leads with a balance of creative vision and operational focus. His approach brings together design excellence and strategic execution, ensuring that each project is both inspiring and practical.  Over the past two decades, he has shaped environments across hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.

His portfolio includes a range of renovation and new construction projects. Through his passion for preservation and expertise in adaptive reuse of historic buildings, including facilitation of historic tax credits, Adam has been a leader in the renaissance of downtown Dallas, transforming existing structures and empty parking lots to thriving hotels, residences, retail, office, and community centers.

Together with Taylor Cell, Adam built a studio culture rooted in collaboration, craft, and empathy. Their shared vision prioritizes spaces that feel grounded in their surroundings, reflect the character of their communities, and leave a lasting, meaningful impact.
